We invited Dr Melissa Jogie to discuss diversity, inclusion, and equality in HE staff.
Dr Jogie is currently teaching at the University of Roehampton in London. She’s also affiliated with The Australian National University in Australia, the University of the West Indies, and the University of New South Wales.
She talks to us today about her academic journey, her role models, and the challenges facing universities in terms of diversity, equality, and inclusion.
