The unique and captivating country of Egypt links the north eastern tip of Africa with the Middle East. Bordered by Israel to the northeast, Libya to the west and Sudan to the south, Egypt lies between the Mediterranean and the Red Seas.

The Republic of Ghana is a West African country, famed for its jagged and beautiful coastline, rich culture and welcoming people. The country shares borders with Ivory Coast to the west, Togo to the east and Burkina Faso in the north.

The Republic of Kenya is an East African state situated on the equator, which boasts a 1,420km-long coastline along the tropical waters of the Indian Ocean. Rich in wildlife, its geography consists of low plains, imposing mountains and vast savannahs such as the Maasai Mara National Reserve – home to the Maasai people.

With over 190 million inhabitants, The Federal Republic of Nigeria is Africa’s most populous country. Located in West Africa, Nigeria is bordered by Benin, Niger, Chad and Cameroon and has a coastline which stretches 853 km (530 miles) along the tropical Gulf of Guinea.

South Africa is the southernmost country on the African Continent. It is a multi-ethnic, constitutional democracy which comprises a parliamentary republic and nine provinces. South Africa is governed from three official capitals, Pretoria, Bloemfontein and Cape Town.
