We invited Professor Kiran Trehan from the University of York to chat with us about diversity and inclusivity in staff in higher education.
Professor Trehan is the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Partnerships and Engagement at the University of York, Professor of Entrepreneurship, and the Director of the Centre for Women’s Enterprise Leadership and Diversity. In our conversation, she talks about her career journey, shares some career highlights, and discusses how the University of York is putting race and EDI at the heart of their strategic plans over the next 10 years.
